We have found that our clients truly appreciate the structure of this process as it greatly facilitates decision-making. Once the design process is complete, you can expect frequent communication and updates about the status of your home. We utilize emails and as well as personal phone calls that provides the client with information about meetings, schedules, job logs, approvals – even on-site weather data and project photography. The benefit of this these methods can be found in an enhanced level of efficiency, cost reduction and client security. It's also a helpful tool in keeping activities on schedule, something we do very well. You will also find that Montreux Homes is a company that understands the importance of managing a budget. As such, we provide our clients with timely and detailed reports outlining project costs, change items, budget revisions and any variances approved by the client. As we move through construction, monthly payment requests are provided that specify contract amounts and work completed. We not only help guide the design to meet our clients' budgets, we also manage that budget through construction to eliminate any "surprises". After the home is completed we will provide a personal orientation to the home's many operating systems, schedule any repair work that may be necessary, and visit you regularly throughout the first year to ensure your satisfaction with your new home.
